Zijin of Global Times: China will certainly retaliate from barbaric suppression of Huawei

Stocks were lower earlier in the day as a result of reports that China was not interested in meeting with US officials.  Most of the losses have been recouped, but the Nasdaq remains in the red (down -0.36%). The S&P is down marginally (-0.04% currently).
